Gjerdenosi
The hike to Gjerdenosi is challenging, but you won’t have to hike to more than 350 meters’ altitude before the forest opens up. Then, you get an open, spectacular view of the fjord towards Naddvik and Kolnosi.
Please head toward Saltviki from the hotel and follow the well-marked trail up toward Hesthagen. From here, your route takes you through a scree over a quite airy and steep section downhill before coming to Nedre-Dokki at 350 masl. Then, please make your way in pretty steep terrain toward the top of the ridge. You will find Gjerdenosi at 1252 masl, north of the viewpoint.
You can combine this hike with a round trip via the valley of Lindvikdalen, down Lindviki or Bøttejuv and down again to the valley of Seimsdalen.
